Herbalife, being a global nutrition company, was interested in seeing America’s health habits during the Holiday Season. As a common New Year’s Resolution theme, improving one’s health was surprisingly the last thing on people’s minds during the final months of the year. In fact, the survey found that the average person gains 6 pounds from ‘holiday hoopla’. “Where does this weight come from?” you may ask, 79% of respondents blames an increase of sweets while 55% admit to breaking their diets to overindulge in home-cooked holiday meals.

But it’s not all bad news, 3 out of 5 of the the top New Year’s Resolutions respondents will have for 2019 will help cancel out their Food Festivities.
